Extra Stay Policy If any extra stay is required due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, flight delays, health, etc.), the client is responsible for paying for the additional days directly.

Refund & Cancellation Policy Any cancellation of rooms, flights, and related services is strictly non-refundable once booked. We recommend travel insurance for all participants.

Flight Cancellation Protocol If your flight is canceled, we provide two options: travel by road (managed by us) or by helicopter. The exact helicopter cost will be known only at the time of flying. If you choose to travel via road, we will take care of the arrangements for you.

Data Collection & Usage At Nomadller, we take your privacy very seriously. We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, medical history (for high-altitude treks), and passport details solely for the purpose of organizing your expedition, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring your safety during the journey. Your data is securely stored and only shared with essential local authorities or partners required to facilitate your trek.

Agreement to Terms By booking an expedition with Nomadller, you agree to abide by all our terms and conditions. Trekking in high-altitude environments carries inherent risks. While we prioritize safety above all else, Nomadller and its guides cannot be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur due to the unpredictable nature of mountain environments.

Participant Responsibilities All participants are expected to maintain a reasonable level of physical fitness and follow the instructions of our experienced trek leaders at all times. Failure to comply with safety protocols may result in the participant being asked to turn back or leave the expedition for their own safety and the safety of the group, without a refund.
